We are seeking a Property Valuer to join our Port Macquarie team. This role involves working across a diverse range of valuation matters, with exposure to residential, rural and commercial property types.
• Undertake valuations across a range of property types
• Conduct property inspections and market research
• Prepare clear, accurate valuation reports
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the ongoing success of the local team
• Relevant qualifications in Property Valuation
• Experience across residential, rural and/or commercial property
• Ability to manage both mortgage and non-mortgage valuation work
• Strong communication and analytical skills
